We are constantly reviewing and testing simulator hardware compatible with E6 Connect and PinSeeker to ensure our game is balanced and fair. We understand certain simulators have pros and cons when reading the ball data and the deviations are acceptable. What we have recently come across are players using non-ball training sticks to enter PinSeeker tournaments. We are excited to have this accessibility in our game but it presents a challenge when comparing accuracy between a ball strike and a non-ball strike simulator. Having said this, non-ball strike simulators will be temporarily prohibited from entering PinSeeker tournaments until we can provide tournaments specific to these devices.
Who is Impacted?
If you are currently playing on one of the following devices, we will be disabling PinSeeker access until further notice:
-
TruGolf Mini
-
Tittle X
-
PhiGolf
- SwingLogic SLX MicroSim
What’s Next?
We do not have a date or determination set for this, but our goal is to keep you in the PinSeeker family. We will be adding to our roadmap specific tournaments for these devices so you can once again join the tournaments.
Where Else Can I Play?
We’re also continuing to build out a network of commercial facilities offering the PinSeeker experience in the United States and Canada so that golfers without a compatible simulator at home or while being on the road are able to play PinSeeker. We will let you know once a map of those public venues is available on our website.
Please don’t hesitate to follow up via our support channel if you have any questions, feedback, or other ideas for ensuring a fair PinSeeker Game experience for everyone.
