PinSeeker is a game of skill; however, some states/countries do not allow monetary prizes to be paid to players for a variety of reasons, including if there is an element of chance or if the player must exert effort to play. In those states/countries, PinSeeker can only offer free tournaments.
For US customers, we are currently unable to provide cash tournaments to the following states:
- Arkansas
- Connecticut
- Hawaii
- Louisiana
- Maryland
- Missouri
- Montana
- North Dakota
- South Caroline
- Tennessee
- Vermont.
We are constantly reviewing these regulations for updates that will allow PinSeeker cash tournaments to be played.
